The journey to creating a high-quality service-centered central office is a multi-year engagement which is customized in collaboration with district staff. Often the first step on the implementation road map is Pivot’s Customer Service Workshop, which lays the foundation for deeper central office improvement work, as previously described. Designed to help central office staff reimagine their role in providing excellent service to students and families, our training offers a new framework for improving customer service and ultimately improving outcomes for students.
Participants will leave the workshop with improved service skills, a shared language drawn from a research-based model (RATER) and a district customer service framework.
