Leadership Development

Pivot Learning partner districts serve 2 million students in California and the nation. Our Partner Districts include many of the largest and some of the smallest districts in the state.

Partner Districts choose from a menu of offerings to create a customized package of leadership development services. These services, when taken together as bundles, help put in place best and, where needed, “next” practices to transform teaching and learning.

Partner Districts make an investment that dramatically increases sustainability by putting in place structures, processes, roles, tools and agreements that will support districts for the long term even when leaders change.
