Pivot Learning offers a series of four half-day seminars, as well as executive coaching, to support new superintendents as they take on their new leadership role.

Approach

Using Pivot’s Leadership Cycle as a framework, superintendents will follow a sequential approach to understanding the district culture and maximizing the crucial beginning actions of a new leader.
