The Principals' Collaborative

a community of learners working together to develop leadership skills

Purpose

Principals will join a community of learners and work collaboratively with each other and with their highly experienced Pivot Learning Partners coaches to develop the critical leadership skills necessary for powerful site-level leadership and exceptional student achievement.

Approach

By participating in interactive workshop sessions and small group coaching, principals will have multiple opportunities to develop their leadership skills and capacity using Pivot’s Leadership Cycle as a framework. The professional learning communities meet for five half day seminars and four half day small group cohort coaching sessions in Northern California, the Central Valley and Southern California.
