Purpose

 

District office culture and work habits have evolved over time to create “silos” that often tend to keep department leaders working in isolation. The result of these silos is often missed opportunities and in some cases, a decline in support to schools and instruction. With a restructuring of roles due to increased budget cuts and staff transitioning into new roles, there is an increased need for more systemic changes for individual leaders or leadership teams.
