Pivot Learning Coaches are experienced education professionals who provide practical, useful, and effective support that builds the organizational capacity of schools and school districts as well as the leadership skills of those who manage them.
Coaches at Pivot Learning Partners work side by side with clients to raise student achievement and narrow the achievement gap. They help education organizations and their leaders at every level of the system by providing them with the knowledge, skills and tools to create school systems in which good teaching is the norm in every classroom for every student.
Coaching is tailored to individual client needs. Our coaches work both from the top down and from the bottom up in school systems, supporting superintendents and their curriculum staffs, as well as site principals and their leadership teams.
