Carolyn Getridge
Twenty-eight years after accepting an English teaching position in the Oakland, CA schools, Carolyn Getridge became Superintendent of California's sixth-largest district. She also served as Associate Supt. of Curriculum and Instruction, and as Director of Education Programs for the Alameda (CA) County of Education Office.
Ms. Getridge now serves as the Senior Vice-President of Urban Development at Voyager Expanded Learning, Inc.
